General questions
We may not be able to offer individualized hive diagnosis, but we can point you to relevant guides or clarify what a page means.
Partnerships and media
For interviews, collaborations, or educational resources, select “Partnership / media inquiry.”
Advertising or technical issues
If an ad or page behavior is disruptive, please include the page URL and what device/browser you used.
Privacy requests
For data access/deletion requests, select “Privacy request (GDPR)” so we can route it correctly.

Share your suggested improvement (and a source link if relevant)

Can I attach photos or files (e.g., brood frames, hive layout)?
For security reasons, we don’t recommend sending attachments through the form. If you need to reference an image, describe what you’re seeing and, if possible, include a link to where the image is hosted (or ask us first and we’ll tell you the safest way to share it).
What information should I include to get the best answer?
Include:
your topic selection (in the dropdown)
the page URL you’re referring to (if it’s about an article)
your location/region (optional but helpful for seasonal questions)
what you’ve already tried (if it’s a troubleshooting question)
This helps us understand context quickly and reduces back-and-forth.
I found a broken link, formatting issue, or site bug—how do I report it?
Choose “Advertising / technical issue” and include:
the page URL
your device (mobile/desktop)
browser (Chrome/Safari/Firefox)
what happened (steps to reproduce)
We use that info to fix problems faster
I want to request removal of my data or ask a privacy question—what should I do?
Select “Privacy request (GDPR)” in the topic dropdown and describe what you want (access, deletion, correction, etc.). We may ask you to verify your email address to protect your privacy before taking action.
Do you accept suggestions for new articles?
Yes—topic requests are welcome. Tell us:
what you searched for / what you were trying to solve
what was confusing or missing
your beekeeping level (brand new / beginner / intermediate)
